A unique skill set honed from both client-side and agency-side experience.
For the last nine years, I’ve worked with various agencies, creating and managing agency growth programs that have generated millions of dollars in new revenue. Before that, I spent thirteen years with five different agencies, learning new business from the inside out.
I started my career on the client side, managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets, building in-house agencies, running agency searches, hiring and firing agency partners, generating commendable results, and exceeding aggressive revenue objectives.
I have worked with all types of agencies, from small founder-led firms to the largest holding companies, selling traditional, digital, PR, brand, multicultural, and multiagency structures. Regardless of size or type, I develop custom BD campaigns that either I, the agency, or both execute.
I always begin with the end in mind—agencies will be most successful if they handle business development themselves. We define an engagement scope that concludes when the agency takes its new business program in-house.
