For the last eight years, I’ve consulted with many different agencies, creating and managing comprehensive new business programs that have generated millions of dollars in new revenue for agencies. I have also built internal marketing services organizations for clients, managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets, hired and fired agencies, and generated notable results supporting diverse business objectives. I bring all that experience and practical know-how to help agencies who want to improve their business development efforts and win more and better clients.

I have worked with a small 6-person shop to one of the largest holding cos, including traditional, digital, PR, brand, Hispanic, independents, networks, and multiagency structures. Regardless of the size or type, I develop customized business development programs that I or the agency execute, always with the end in mind. Any agency will be the most successful if it handles business development in-house. We define a path that concludes with the agency taking the new program in-house.

My hands-on experience exclusively with ad agency business development since 2000 and my previous client-side experience hiring, firing, and managing some of the world’s best agencies give my clients a unique perspective and a practical, pragmatic approach to their business development needs.
